Caroline Bills is the Director of HealthChange Associates, a Clinical Practice Change Specialist and physiotherapist with a profound belief that everyone deserves a healthcare system that truly delivers.
Caroline has been working with HealthChange since 2010, helping organisations and researchers develop critical clinician skills and systems that flow through to meaningful and manageable changes to clinical practice. She has led Train-the-Trainer programs across three countries and supported thousands of clinicians to deepen their knowledge and apply HCM confidently in different contexts.
